We're right between Brighton's famous seafront and the buzzing local shops, making it easy for our 75 members to grab lunch or take a beach break between meetings. Head downstairs and you'll find our underground casino bar - yes, an actual former casino that we've kept as an event space. Two dedicated meeting rooms handle everything from client presentations to team brainstorming sessions, with breakout areas scattered throughout for those impromptu discussions. The self-service café kitchen stays stocked with proper coffee and tea (none of that instant stuff), plus space to store and heat your lunch. We've installed commercial-grade fibre throughout the building because nothing kills productivity like buffering video calls. Cycle to work? We've got secure bike storage and showers for those who need them after their commute. Post arrives daily to individual secure boxes, and our parcel drop system means your deliveries are safe even when you're working late or off-site. We've built partnerships with local spots too - Sea Lanes swimming facilities, Yellowave beach volleyball, and The Gym are all within a five-minute walk when you need to move more than just your mouse.
