We've just finished renovating the entire floor, and the transformation shows in every detail - from the warm timber floors underfoot to the mix of LED and pendant lighting that keeps the space bright without feeling harsh. Windows on all four sides mean you're working in natural light from morning until evening. We've found this makes a real difference to how people feel during their workday. The layout includes several meeting rooms where you can close the door for client calls or team discussions, plus open areas where collaborative work happens naturally. Our kitchenette comes fully fitted - proper coffee machine, fridge, microwave, everything you need to keep your team fueled without leaving the building. We handle the basics like secure access and mail collection, and you can register your trading address here too. The space works on a self-managed basis, so you control how you set things up and run your day-to-day operations. Being on the fifth floor puts you above the street noise while keeping you connected to everything Mayfair offers. We're talking about some of London's best lunch spots, client meeting venues, and after-work options all within a few minutes' walk. The building itself sits among the historic architecture that makes this part of the West End so distinctive. This is our last available floor in the building.
