The Brewery Building gives you 11,000 square feet of workspace that actually works for modern businesses. We've created office floors where full-height windows run the entire length of the building, bringing daylight deep into every corner of your workspace. Our King's Cross location at 55-61 Brewery Road puts you right in the middle of one of London's most connected neighborhoods. When Squire & Partners redesigned our building, they kept what matters: natural light, flexible layouts, and the infrastructure your team needs. The exposed services and suspended LED lighting give the space an honest, industrial feel while raised floors hide all your cabling needs. We've installed air conditioning throughout, but you can still open the windows when you want fresh air. Our third floor comes fully fitted and furnished - desks, chairs, meeting areas all ready to go. We handle everything through one monthly payment: your rent, business rates, service charge, internet, cleaning, and utilities. You move in, set up your computers, and start working. The kitchen points on each floor have proper facilities for making lunch or coffee, not just a microwave in a corner. For those cycling to work, we have 18 secure bike spaces and four showers with changing areas. The passenger lift serves all floors, and you'll have 24-hour access with our secure entry system.
