Our 1,700 square foot warehouse apartment at S1 Apartment spreads across a converted industrial space in Limehouse Cut, where the original brick walls meet contemporary design just six minutes from both Canary Wharf and Stratford. We've kept the authentic warehouse character with exposed metal beams overhead and warm oak flooring underfoot, while adding modern touches that make the space work for today's meetings and events. The heart of our venue is the open-plan main area where up to 26 people can sit comfortably, or 30 can mingle for standing receptions. Our 120-inch projector screen transforms one end into a proper cinema room for presentations or screenings. The all-white kitchen runs along one wall, complete with a large island and breakfast bar where caterers can prep or guests can gather. We've equipped it with everything you'd need for full meal service. For production work or events requiring preparation space, we've set up a dedicated dressing room with two makeup stations and proper lighting. The 27-inch iMac is there for any technical needs, and we keep 20 different backdrop colors on hand for photo shoots. Ground-floor access through double-wide doors means equipment loads straight in from our free parking area - no wrestling gear through narrow hallways or up stairs. We host everything from board meetings and strategy sessions to intimate dinner parties and creative workshops. The brick walls provide natural acoustics for discussions, while the river views through our windows add a calming backdrop. Free WiFi runs throughout, and the shower rooms mean people can freshen up after long sessions.
