Our 37-acre parkland campus feels worlds away from the bustle of Oxford, though we're just two miles from the city centre. At Egrove Park, we've created a space where focused work happens naturally—whether you're running a training session in one of our 20 meeting rooms or presenting to 64 colleagues in the Clifford Barclay Lecture Theatre. The building itself was designed specifically for executive education, which means every detail supports productive meetings. Natural light floods our classrooms through large windows overlooking the grounds. We've equipped each room with the AV technology you need—projectors, screens, microphones—and our IT team stays on hand to help everything run smoothly. The Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the building, so your participants stay connected wherever they work. When your group needs overnight accommodation, we have 63 bedrooms ready, each with its own bathroom, workspace, TV, and tea and coffee facilities. Our kitchen team sources ingredients from local suppliers to create everything from working lunches to formal dinners. They've won awards for their cooking, but we think the real test is watching delegates go back for seconds at the buffet. Between sessions, your attendees might walk our nature trails, play croquet on the lawn, or work out in our gym. These outdoor spaces prove particularly popular for team-building exercises—we've seen everything from treasure hunts to leadership challenges take place across the grounds. Getting here is straightforward, with free parking for all attendees and good road and rail connections. We host conferences, training programmes, board meetings, and strategy sessions throughout the year. Our purpose-built facilities and peaceful setting help groups focus on what matters most: the work they've come together to accomplish.
