The moment you step through our bright yellow entrance on Hanbury Street, you'll understand why Second Home Spitalfields feels different from typical workspaces. We've filled our building with over 800 tropical plants that wind through curving walls and communal areas, creating an environment where ideas flow as freely as the natural light streaming through our windows. Our workspace accommodates everything from solo entrepreneurs needing a hot desk to growing companies requiring private offices for up to 45 people. Each membership includes high-speed fiber-optic broadband, unlimited printing, and access to our stocked kitchens where you can grab organic tea and coffee throughout the day. Fixed desk members get their own dedicated spot, while hot desk users can choose different areas depending on their mood – perhaps near the ferns today, by the banana plants tomorrow. We've designed our meeting rooms to spark collaboration, whether you're brainstorming with colleagues or presenting to clients. The rooftop terrace works beautifully for informal gatherings or summer workshops, while our auditorium handles larger presentations and panel discussions. Our café transforms easily from daytime workspace to evening event venue, and we regularly host everything from startup launches to private dinners. Being just minutes from Liverpool Street Station means your team and guests can reach us easily from anywhere in London. Our full-time reception team handles deliveries and greets your visitors, while secure bike parking encourages sustainable commuting. Throughout the week, we run wellness sessions and cultural programs that bring together our community of designers, tech entrepreneurs, and social impact organizations.
