Seret Studios has been Brooklyn's creative playground since 2001, where we transform productions from concept to reality. Our collection spans everything from New York State certified Level 2 sound stages to sun-drenched lofts and sprawling parking lots that double as outdoor sets. The Apartment Loft remains one of our most requested spaces. Those massive windows pull in natural light throughout the day, washing across the open floor plan that crews love for its flexibility. We've watched fashion shoots unfold here in the morning, then helped transform the same space for evening TV productions. The rooftop access has become a favorite spot for directors seeking those quintessential Brooklyn skyline shots. Over in Long Island City, our LIC Offices tell a different story across 21,600 square feet of renovated workspace. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame Manhattan like a living backdrop—we've seen countless productions use these views as their establishing shots. The space flows naturally from room to room, letting crews set up multiple scenes without the usual logistical headaches. We work with both union and non-union productions, from independent photographers capturing their first campaign to established TV shows returning season after season. Our parking lots have hosted everything from car commercials to elaborate party scenes, while our sound stages provide the controlled environment productions need for precision work. What makes Seret Studios work isn't just the square footage or the technical specs—it's how these spaces adapt to whatever vision walks through our doors.
