Every morning, our team arrives at A001 to find sunlight streaming through the windows, illuminating the creative energy that fills this workspace. We share our studio with Crack Magazine's London operation and their film production company Ground Work, along with independent filmmakers and animators who bring their own creative spark to the space. We currently have two desk spaces available in our open-plan office on Shacklewell Lane. When you join us, you'll get more than just a desk—your rent covers all bills and rates, plus access to our shared meeting room when you need privacy for calls or collaborative sessions. The communal kitchen is where we often bump into each other over coffee, swapping ideas and weekend stories. Our location puts you right between Rectory Road, Dalston Kingsland, and Hackney Downs stations, making your commute straightforward from almost anywhere in London. What we really love about working here is the neighborhood itself. Step outside for lunch and you'll discover why this area has become such a creative hub—there's everything from Vietnamese banh mi spots to proper Turkish grills within a five-minute walk. We've been working our way through the local lunch options for months and still haven't tried them all. The space itself feels different from typical offices. Natural light floods in throughout the day, and the high ceilings give everyone room to breathe and think. Film equipment occasionally appears in corners, storyboards get pinned to walls, and magazine layouts spread across tables—it's an environment where creative work happens naturally. Friday evenings often find us at one of the neighborhood's pop-up bars or established venues, decompressing from the week. You'd be welcome to join these informal office drinks—they're where some of our best collaborative ideas have started.
