Our workspace at SPACES Lochrin Square sits right in Edinburgh's West End, where you can actually see the castle from our windows while you work. We've spread across three floors here, and the floor-to-ceiling windows mean you're working in natural light all day long – it makes such a difference to how the space feels. We've got 94 private offices and 48 dedicated desks for our members who need their own space, plus plenty of hot-desking spots in our coworking areas. Everything comes fully furnished and ready to use, with our super-fast WiFi keeping you connected whether you're in for an hour or settling in for the day. Since we're open 24/7, you can work whenever suits your schedule best. When you need to bring clients or colleagues together, we have four meeting rooms available, plus various breakout areas where you can have those quick catch-ups or informal chats. Our small café keeps everyone fueled with drinks and snacks throughout the day, and our team is always around to help with anything you need – from sorting out printing and photocopying to just making sure your day runs smoothly. Getting here couldn't be easier – we're just a 10-minute walk from Haymarket train station, and we've got eight parking spaces if you're driving in. The area itself is brilliant for after-work activities too. You're surrounded by a mix of classic Edinburgh architecture and modern buildings, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Edinburgh's Gin Distillery is just around the corner if you fancy unwinding after a productive day.
