Our offices range from compact 14m² studios perfect for teams of 4, right up to expansive 290m² spaces that comfortably fit 60 people. The building's original industrial windows flood each workspace with natural light – something our tenants regularly mention makes their workday feel less like being stuck indoors. We've kept the character of the Paintworks development while adding everything a modern office needs. What makes us different is who works here. B-corps share corridors with grassroots community groups, creative agencies collaborate with environmental charities, and ethical businesses network with non-profits over coffee in our communal kitchens. We provide the infrastructure – high-speed WiFi, secure 24-hour access, mail handling, regular cleaning, and utilities all included in your monthly fee.
