We're The Bothy Restaurant Glasgow, and our West End home has been serving traditional Scottish fare since we first opened these weathered wooden doors. Our kitchen works with the Scottish seasons, changing menus regularly as different ingredients come into their prime. The beef arrives from Highland farms, salmon from Scottish waters, and vegetables from local growers who know their craft. Behind our bar, you'll find rows of amber bottles - whiskies from Islay to Speyside, gins distilled in Glasgow's own backyard, and spirits from small Scottish producers we've come to trust over the years. "The Scullery" sits tucked away from our main dining room, its exposed brick walls and leather chairs creating the perfect setting for your private gathering. We can seat 24 of your guests here comfortably, whether you're planning a wedding dinner, marking a milestone birthday, or bringing colleagues together for a working lunch. Our AV equipment stands ready when presentations need to accompany your meal. For whisky enthusiasts, we've created something special - a tasting journey through Scotland's regions paired with a three-course meal. Between drams, we share the stories and poems that make Scottish culture what it is. During warmer months, our garden opens up for lighter fare and afternoon drinks under the Glasgow sky. We also understand that some gatherings require a gentler touch. Our funeral teas accommodate up to 20 people, with home-style cooking, fresh tea and coffee, and the kind of quiet warmth families need during difficult times.
