The moment you step through our doors at The Cartoon Museum in Fitzrovia, you're surrounded by 250 years of British wit and artistic brilliance. We've watched countless guests stop mid-conversation to admire an original William Hogarth sketch or burst into laughter at a Steve Bell political cartoon hanging on our walls. Our main gallery transforms beautifully for parties and celebrations. We can host up to 120 people here, where the artwork becomes part of your event – imagine toasting with champagne while surrounded by the very drawings that have shaped British humor. The space works brilliantly for cocktail parties, product launches, and corporate celebrations where you want something different from the usual hotel function room. For smaller gatherings, our Clore Learning Studio holds up to 30 people. We've set it up with all the AV equipment you'll need, plus free Wi-Fi throughout. The room has hosted everything from team workshops to intimate birthday celebrations, and the cartoon-filled corridors outside make for great breakout spaces. We work with several trusted catering partners who know our space well. They'll bring in anything from canapés and drinks to full dinner service, working around our displays to serve your guests. We've also arranged some memorable extras over the years – professional caricaturists sketching guests during drinks receptions always go down well, and we can organize cartoon drawing workshops if you want to get everyone involved. The entire museum is wheelchair accessible, with level access throughout and accessible facilities on every floor. We're just a few minutes' walk from both Goodge Street and Oxford Circus stations, making it easy for everyone to find us. Booking the whole building gives you exclusive access to create your own cartoon-filled party atmosphere.
