The Clachan stands proudly on Kingly Street, where we've been serving Soho since 1898. Step through our doors and you'll find yourself surrounded by original Victorian craftsmanship - from the intricate wood carvings that frame our bar to the ornate Lincrusta ceiling panels that catch the afternoon light streaming through our windows. Our name means 'meeting place' in Gaelic, and that's exactly what we've created here. The ground floor buzzes with conversation around our central bar, where we pour a rotating selection of cask ales alongside our carefully chosen whiskies and gins. Duck into our raised snug at the back if you're after something more intimate - the skylight and original iron rails create a perfect spot for smaller groups to settle in with their drinks. Upstairs, our Liberty Bar transforms from dining room by day to private party space by night. We can accommodate up to 60 guests here, making it brilliant for birthday celebrations, work parties, or any gathering where you want your own dedicated space. The room keeps all the character of the main pub with its period features, but gives you the privacy to properly let your hair down. Food-wise, we're known for our pies - proper British ones with hearty fillings like our Chicken and Truffled Oyster Mushroom or the British Steak & Nicholson's Pale Ale. Everything comes from our kitchen downstairs, so your party guests get the same quality as our regular diners. We're tucked just off Regent Street, making us dead easy to find - three minutes from Oxford Circus tube, with Carnaby Street, Piccadilly Circus, and all of Soho's nightlife right on our doorstep.
