Our log cabin at The Conifers sits just off Filton Road in Hambrook, surrounded by mature trees that give the space its name. We built this meeting space specifically for businesses who need somewhere quiet and professional, away from the usual office distractions. The cabin comfortably handles different group sizes depending on what you need. We can set up four crescent tables for 28 people when you want everyone involved in discussion, or arrange theatre-style seating for presentations to 50 guests. The 4K projector works brilliantly for training sessions, while the TV screen suits smaller client meetings. Natural light floods in through the windows, which our regular users tell us makes a real difference during those longer strategy sessions. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're close to Bristol Parkway station and just off the M32. We've got 10 parking spaces right outside, including two EV charging points. Once you arrive, one of our team stays on-site throughout your booking to help with anything you need. We keep the kettle on all day with tea, coffee and water ready whenever you want a break. The space works particularly well for training days, board meetings, and those important client presentations where you need somewhere professional but not intimidating. While we don't provide catering, you're welcome to bring in lunch from wherever you prefer - there's plenty of room to set up a working lunch between sessions. We're open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. The cabin's become quite popular with local businesses who book it regularly for their monthly meetings and quarterly planning sessions.
