Our 18th-century pub in Enborne village has been hosting celebrations since the early 1700s, and we've perfected the art of throwing a good party. The Craven Arms combines the character of wooden beams and original fireplaces with plenty of space for your guests to spread out and enjoy themselves. The star of our party venue is the large double Tipi in our back garden - a heated, all-weather structure that works brilliantly for weddings, birthday parties, corporate celebrations, and family gatherings. We use it as both an event space and overflow restaurant, so whether you're planning an intimate dinner party or a 100-person celebration, we can accommodate your needs comfortably. Our expansive garden really comes into its own during parties. Children love the play equipment we've installed, while adults appreciate having room to mingle with a drink in hand. The combination of indoor pub spaces and outdoor areas means your guests can move between the cozy interior with its traditional fireplace and the fresh air of our grounds. We serve traditional British pub food alongside dishes inspired by our chef's travels - perfect party fare that goes beyond the usual buffet options. Our bar stocks Wadworth cask-conditioned ales, bottled beers, draught lagers, ciders, and an interesting wine selection that we've carefully chosen to complement celebrations. Practical details matter for parties: we have ample parking, full disabled access throughout, and we're happy to welcome well-behaved dogs. Our private dining rooms work well for more formal celebrations, while the Tipi offers something different for those wanting a unique party setting.
