Running The Exeter Business Hub from these beautiful Georgian townhouses on Queen Street gives us a unique perspective on what businesses really need. Our building sits right across from Exeter Central train station, making it incredibly convenient for teams coming from all over Devon and beyond. We've carefully converted these historic townhouses to create private offices that work for teams of up to 12 people. Each office comes with 24-hour access, so whether you're an early bird or prefer burning the midnight oil, you can work on your schedule. We also provide allocated parking spaces right here in the city centre, which our tenants tell us makes a real difference to their daily routine. Our two conference rooms serve different purposes. The Purton Room works brilliantly for larger presentations - we can fit 25 people theatre-style or arrange it boardroom-style for 14. The more intimate Ferris Room handles 12 in theatre layout or 8 around the boardroom table. Both rooms have flip charts and TV screens ready to go, and the period features of the Georgian architecture create an atmosphere that's both professional and memorable. Between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, our reception team handles your calls, greets your visitors, and helps with those everyday business needs. We run monthly networking events where you'll meet other businesses in the building - it's amazing how many collaborations have started over coffee in our communal areas. Through our Wellbeing Hub, we've also created tranquil therapy rooms and host regular wellbeing events. Several practitioners have made this their base, offering everything from counselling to complementary therapies. Our flexible contracts mean you're not locked into lengthy commitments, and being right in the heart of Exeter puts you within walking distance of everything the city centre offers.
