Reclaimed oak barn wood meets corrugated tin across our 1,154-square-foot loft, where we've built something special right at 447 Broadway. The Farm Soho brings together designers, developers, social change agents, artists, and entrepreneurs who make this more than just another SoHo workspace—it's where collaboration actually happens. Our panoramic windows frame the city while flooding the space with the kind of natural light that makes morning meetings feel less like meetings. We've kept the Americana touches authentic throughout, from the weathered wood beams to the industrial fixtures that give each corner its own character. The non-cooking kitchen serves as a gathering spot between sessions, while our A/V setup handles everything from pitch presentations to workshop demonstrations—complete with projector, large screen, TV, wireless microphones, and speakers that actually work when you need them. We configure the space differently depending on what you're planning. Corporate meetings might use our boardroom setup for up to 50 guests, while workshops spread out into smaller groups using our breakout rooms. Private parties tend to open up the whole floor, letting conversation flow as freely as the layout. Our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, whether you're hosting a product launch or an intimate team retreat. Getting here couldn't be simpler—multiple subway lines converge nearby, putting us within easy reach from anywhere in the city. Our on-site team handles the logistics while you focus on your event, and when you need catering or bartending, we connect you with vendors who already know the space inside out.
