Our building's past life as a handbag factory gives the space its industrial character—exposed beams, high ceilings, and those original factory windows that members love working beneath. We offer hot-desking for drop-in flexibility and dedicated desks for those who prefer their own permanent spot. Meeting rooms accommodate everything from client presentations to team brainstorming sessions, while our private phone booths provide quiet spaces for important calls. Beyond the desks, we've created spaces where work naturally flows into collaboration. Our outdoor patio catches the afternoon sun, the communal kitchen keeps everyone caffeinated with complimentary tea and coffee, and breakout areas scattered throughout encourage those spontaneous conversations that often lead to new projects. Lockable storage keeps your materials secure, and our cycle storage means you can bike to work without worry. What sets us apart is our dual identity—we're both a workspace and active gallery venue. Gallery 1 spans 1,835 square feet and holds up to 400 people, while Gallery 2's 800 square feet with its dramatic skylight ceiling accommodates 300. These spaces host exhibitions, conferences, book launches, fashion shows, and art fairs throughout the year. As a member, you're working where contemporary art happens, not just visiting it. We keep our rates below commercial pricing with no VAT or deposits because accessibility matters to us. Artists, architects, writers, designers, nonprofits, and consultants all find their place here.
