Our boardroom at The Mailroom opens up possibilities for productive meetings right here at 7 Carlton Court in Leeds. We've designed this space to comfortably seat up to 20 people around our conference table, giving everyone room to spread out materials while maintaining that important face-to-face connection during discussions. The LED screen mounted on the wall works brilliantly with our ClickShare technology - you can present directly from your laptop without wrestling with cables. We keep the Wi-Fi password simple and the connection strong because we know how frustrating tech issues can be when you're trying to run a meeting. Our whiteboards line the walls for those brainstorming sessions, and we've got a full projector setup with screen when you need to go bigger with your presentations. We handle the details so you can focus on your agenda. Our on-site manager stays nearby throughout your booking, ready to help with anything from adjusting the air conditioning to sorting out last-minute photocopying. For full-day bookings, we keep the tea and coffee flowing at no extra charge. When hunger strikes, we can arrange everything from morning pastries to substantial buffet spreads for networking events - just let us know your group's dietary requirements. The space works equally well whether you need it for an hour-long team catch-up or a full-day workshop. We're just outside Leeds city centre, which means your attendees can reach us easily but won't struggle with city centre parking - we've got spaces right here on site.
