Running our meetings at The Queen's Gate Hotel means we're working from a proper 19th-century townhouse right in the heart of South Kensington. We've converted two of our spaces into dedicated meeting rooms - the Kensington Room and Chelsea Room - each comfortably fitting up to 25 people depending on how you'd like the chairs and tables arranged. Our building has quite the history, with all the Victorian architectural details you'd expect, but we've made sure the meeting spaces have everything modern businesses need. Both rooms come fully equipped for presentations, workshops, and conferences. The natural light from our large original windows creates a productive atmosphere, though we've installed air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable year-round. Between sessions, your delegates can grab coffee and tapas at our Q Bar, which opens onto an outdoor terrace - perfect for those informal networking moments. We're literally a short walk from Hyde Park if anyone needs fresh air during breaks, and the Royal Albert Hall and Natural History Museum are just around the corner for post-meeting cultural visits. We regularly host business meetings, training seminars, board meetings, and small corporate events. The intimate size of our rooms works particularly well for workshops where interaction matters, or confidential discussions where privacy is key. Our team handles everything from initial room setup to catering arrangements, and with 90 guest rooms in the hotel, we can easily accommodate overnight stays for multi-day conferences. The combination of our South Kensington location and boutique meeting facilities makes us particularly popular with international businesses and organisations who want something more characterful than a standard conference center while maintaining professional standards.
