Here at The Royal Society, we've perfected the art of hosting everything from intimate board meetings to grand dinners for 500, all within our Grade I listed walls that tell three and a half centuries of scientific discovery. Our 12 event spaces each bring their own character to your gathering. The Wellcome Trust Lecture Hall serves as our largest room, where conferences flow seamlessly into evening dinners. Board meetings find their home in our wood-paneled smaller rooms, while the Dining Room transforms from morning seminars to evening receptions with ease. From the Wolfson Rooms, your guests will enjoy sweeping views across The Mall and St James's Park - a backdrop that never fails to inspire conversation. We've equipped every room with the technology modern events demand: WiFi throughout, full audiovisual capabilities, and our technical team on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. Natural light fills each space through tall windows, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round. Our catering partner Graysons crafts seasonal menus using ingredients sourced with sustainability in mind - something we take seriously here, having earned Silver status in the Greengage EcoSmart Hotels and Venues scheme.
