Our home at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom sits right across from the Houses of Parliament, where the Grade II* listed Middlesex Guildhall provides an extraordinary backdrop for your meetings and celebrations. When you step through our doors, you're entering the highest court in the land—a working courthouse that opens select spaces for private events. The Lobby serves as our main event space, where ornate ceilings soar above and intricate woodwork frames the room. We regularly host up to 100 guests here for canapé receptions, though the space transforms beautifully for conferences and seated dinners too. The original stained glass windows cast colored light across the historic features, creating an atmosphere you won't find in typical event venues. For smaller gatherings, we recommend The Lawyers' Suite on the upper floor. With its direct views over Parliament Square, this room accommodates 70 for standing receptions. Many clients choose this space for its more intimate feel while still maintaining the building's historic character. Our three meeting rooms—Rooms 3, 4, and 6—each seat 12 comfortably around boardroom-style tables. What makes these spaces special are the Parliament views through every window. We've equipped all our rooms with plasma screens and Wi-Fi, so presentations run smoothly without detracting from the historic surroundings. Zafferano, our in-house caterers, handle everything from working lunches to formal dinners. They know our spaces inside out and work within the building's unique requirements. We've installed lifts throughout and maintain step-free entrances, making every area accessible to all guests. Westminster and St. James's Park stations are both a short walk away. Whether you're planning a corporate conference, reception, or private dinner, our team helps navigate the specific requirements of hosting events within this working court building.
