Plants spill from every corner at The Travel Cafe Waterloo, creating a workspace that feels more like a garden conservatory than a typical meeting room. We've carved out a private area at the back of our café that fits up to 45 people comfortably - perfect when your team needs to escape the usual office environment for workshops, planning sessions, or small celebrations. Our baristas start brewing Monmouth coffee early each morning, and we include unlimited cups with your booking (the flat whites are particularly good, according to our regulars). The room comes equipped with everything you'd expect - fast Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV, flipchart, and projector. We've noticed people particularly appreciate the glass boards for brainstorming sessions, and the natural separation from the main café means you can focus without feeling cut off from the world. Just a short walk from Waterloo Station, we're easy to reach from anywhere in London. There's parking nearby if you're driving. While we don't prepare food ourselves, you're welcome to bring in catering from anywhere you like - we can point you toward good local options or arrange platters if you need us to. Many groups grab lunch from the excellent spots around Waterloo and bring it back. Previous guests often mention how the space feels different from standard meeting rooms - something about the combination of plants, good coffee, and our slightly quirky setup seems to help teams think more creatively. The venue works equally well for formal presentations or relaxed team discussions, and we've hosted everything from strategy sessions to birthday gatherings. Fair warning: if you book the upstairs room, there are a few flights of stairs to navigate. But most people tell us the atmosphere makes it worthwhile.
