Our Victorian building has been thoughtfully updated to create professional meeting spaces while maintaining the character that makes working here a bit more interesting than your typical conference venue. Our function rooms can handle everything from small team meetings to large conferences with up to 200 attendees. We've designed these spaces to be flexible - whether you need a boardroom setup for 20 or theatre-style seating for a presentation, our team can configure the rooms to match your requirements. Each meeting space comes with the essentials already sorted: complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, proper work areas, and plenty of natural light from our original Victorian windows. What really helps meetings run smoothly here is having everything under one roof. Your attendees can park for free in our 110-space car park, grab coffee in our spacious lounge area between sessions, and enjoy a proper lunch at Mr. Brown's Restaurant without having to leave the building. We serve home-cooked meals using seasonal ingredients - much better than sandwiches and crisps for keeping everyone energized through afternoon sessions. If you're running multi-day training or need delegates to stay over, we have 92 en-suite bedrooms including 28 Executive Rooms and two Suites. Each room has a dedicated work area, flat-screen TV, and all the basics covered with complimentary toiletries. The landscaped garden and terrace give people somewhere pleasant to take calls or have informal discussions during breaks. Being just five miles from Manchester city center and with easy motorway access, we're convenient for attendees coming from across Greater Manchester and beyond. Manchester Airport is also within easy reach for any international delegates.
