The moment you step into our purpose-built conference centre at 20 St Kenneth Drive, Glasgow, you'll notice how natural light floods through every meeting space. We've designed the William Quarrier Conference Centre specifically for productive meetings and training sessions, with technology that actually works when you need it. Our Lecture Theatre holds up to 110 delegates and comes equipped with audio-visual systems that our technical team will help you navigate. We're particularly proud of our Tandberg 95 Edge video conferencing system - as one of Scotland's most advanced telemedicine facilities, we regularly connect with NHS teams across the country using both IP and ISDN connections. This means your remote participants will experience crystal-clear communication, whether they're joining from another office or another continent. The smaller meeting rooms throughout the building offer the same climate-controlled comfort and technical capabilities. Each space has WiFi, presentation facilities, and laptops available when you need them. Between sessions, your delegates can spread out in our open-plan atrium - it's become a favorite spot for those important corridor conversations that happen during breaks. We're less than 15 minutes from both Glasgow city centre and the airport, with the SEC nearby too. Your attendees can reach us easily by car or public transport, and we have free parking both on-site and along the surrounding streets. Our building features automatic doors and lift access to the first floor, ensuring everyone can move comfortably throughout the facility. For refreshments, we serve tea and coffee in our lobby and library area, with additional catering arranged through our kitchen team based on your requirements.
