Red sandstone walls tell the story of our Victorian building here at Thorn House on Rose Street—we've transformed what used to be a bustling Edinburgh department store into a workspace where purpose-driven organisations come together. Our members range from single-person operations working from 3m² spaces to larger teams occupying our 300m² fourth-floor suite, with room for up to 60 people. We built this place specifically for charities, non-profits, social enterprises, and ethical businesses. Before joining our community, organisations go through our ethical criteria process—we're looking for groups working towards social change, treating their people fairly, and making a genuine local impact. It's not just about sharing office space; it's about creating connections between organisations with similar values.
