The beer tap at 4pm on Fridays tends to draw quite a crowd at Venaspace Exeter. It's become something of a tradition here at 72 Paris Street, where our 16,000 square feet spread across six floors houses everything from solo entrepreneurs to teams of 70. We've designed our offices to flex with your business needs. Whether you need space for three people or thirty, we can configure rooms accordingly, all on monthly contracts that include everything—internet, utilities, maintenance, security, and yes, unlimited tea and coffee. Our keyless entry system means you can work whenever inspiration strikes, day or night. The heart of our building is The Rabbit Hole, our basement Members Hub where the pool table sees constant action and the lounge areas fill with impromptu meetings and after-work gatherings. It's where most of our networking events happen, and where you'll find that famous Friday beer tap. For meetings and conferences, we've equipped our rooms with 4K projectors and full AV setups. Our spaces range from private interview rooms to theatre-style setups for 45 people. Recent guests have appreciated the flexibility—one mentioned how well the space worked for their mix of meetings and calls throughout the day. Being right across from St Sidwell's Point Leisure Centre and a short walk from Princesshay shopping centre means lunch options are endless. We've also installed bike storage, solar panels, and EV chargers for those thinking about their carbon footprint. Shower facilities are available for anyone cycling in or squeezing in a lunchtime gym session. Our dedicated Business Centre Manager handles the day-to-day, so you can focus on your work. Virtual office services are available too, if you need a professional address without the full-time space.
