We're a charity ourselves, which means when you book with us, you're directly supporting local community initiatives while getting professional meeting space at competitive rates. Our building at 200a Pentonville Road houses five meeting rooms for 6 to 13 people, plus larger spaces including our seminar room for 25, training room for 40, and conference room that accommodates up to 70 guests. Each room comes equipped with TVs and HDMI cables, and we have laptops, webcams, and speakers available when you need them. Flipcharts are standard in every room, and our superfast fibre broadband keeps everyone connected throughout your session. The entire building is wheelchair accessible and fully air-conditioned, making it comfortable year-round. We keep things simple but professional - there's self-service water and instant coffee (including decaf) available throughout the day, and we can arrange additional refreshments if you let us know in advance. Our workshop-style setup works particularly well for training sessions, seminars, AGMs, and interviews, according to organizations who regularly use our spaces. We offer significantly discounted rates for charities and not-for-profit organizations, while private and statutory organizations still benefit from our competitive pricing. Angel station provides another transport option just a short walk away, making VAI easily accessible from across London.
