The coffee aroma hits you first when you step into WERKS at 15-17 Middle Street - our baristas start early, and by 8am the ground-floor café is buzzing with freelancers grabbing their morning flat whites. We're right in the heart of Brighton's South Lanes, spread across three floors plus a basement that houses our photo studio and editing suites. Our café serves more than just fantastic coffee. We source everything locally where we can, and our kitchen team prepares fresh food throughout the day. When the weather cooperates, people spill out into our secluded garden - it's a proper suntrap that catches the afternoon light beautifully. Many of our members use it for informal catch-ups or just to work outside with their laptops. We've designed our coworking spaces to be genuinely flexible. Whether you need a desk for the day or want to settle in with a monthly membership, you'll get the same super-fast Wi-Fi and access to comfortable workspaces. Our meeting rooms and boardrooms come equipped with TV screens and whiteboards, and we can arrange catering if you let us know in advance. For those needing something more specialized, our soundproofed studios in the basement work brilliantly for audio recording, film projects, or TV production. We've also got private offices with individual alarms for teams who need their own secure space. Our reception team is here during business hours, but members get 24/7 access to the building. Being just a short walk from Brighton Station and the beach means people drop in for workshops, team meetings, and creative projects throughout the week.
