The steel beams and industrial bones of our former metalworks factory tell the story of East London's manufacturing past, while our 98 offices and studios house today's creative businesses. Here at Brickfields on Cremer Street, we've kept the character that makes this building special - those original high ceilings that flood your workspace with natural light, the raw steel-frame interior that gives each office its distinctive edge. Our offices range from compact 134 sq ft studios perfect for startups to expansive 4,350 sq ft spaces that entire teams can make their own. We know every business works differently, so we offer flexible leases and you can customize your space however you need. The central atrium acts as the heart of the building, where tenants naturally bump into each other, share ideas, and sometimes end up collaborating on projects they never expected. The Kiln Café keeps everyone fueled throughout the day - whether you're grabbing your morning coffee, meeting a client for lunch, or just need that 3pm pick-me-up. We've set up multiple breakout areas across the floors where you can step away from your desk for impromptu meetings or just think through problems in a different setting. Our three meeting rooms come equipped with LED screens and AV technology that actually works when you need it. The superfast Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the building. We're directly opposite Hoxton overground station and just a 10-minute walk from Old Street, putting you right in Shoreditch's creative district. For those who cycle, we have secure racks and showers. There's on-site parking if you drive.
