The old tobacco factory on Goswell Road has been our home since we transformed this 1930s building into modern offices that respect its Art Deco heritage. Walking past the original facade at 338-346 Goswell Road, you'll notice the distinctive architectural details we've carefully preserved while creating contemporary workspaces inside. Our six offices and studio spaces come unfurnished, giving you complete freedom to design your workspace exactly how you want it. We've kept the building's character intact - those original concrete pillars and crittal-style windows frame each office beautifully. The recent refurbishment brought in navy blue walls throughout the common areas, paired with bright orange armchairs and red sofas that add energy to the space without overwhelming it. We know flexibility matters when you're running a business, which is why we provide 24-hour access to the building. Our reception team handles your post and greets your visitors during business hours, while our on-site center manager helps with anything you need.
