Our meeting space on Pococks Lane in Windsor opens directly onto a wooden deck where your group can step outside between sessions, coffee in hand, breathing in fresh air while discussing the morning's breakthrough ideas. The main meeting room floods with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an atmosphere where creativity naturally flows. We've designed this space to accommodate up to 50 guests comfortably, with flexible layouts that work whether you're running a strategy session, hosting a conference, or bringing your team together for one of our hands-on development programs. Your day starts with proper fuel - we serve fresh coffee, a selection of teas, and pastries as your team arrives and settles in. Our buffet lunches feature locally-sourced options that cater to all dietary requirements, plus those afternoon donuts that somehow make budget discussions more bearable. Everything's included, along with our AV equipment, presentation tools, and reliable Wi-Fi that actually works when you need it. We're particularly proud of our experiential programs. Our "Team Dynamics" workshops get colleagues working together in ways that reveal hidden strengths, while "Mission Possible" challenges create those shared experiences teams reference months later. These aren't trust falls and rope courses - they're carefully designed activities that translate directly back to workplace collaboration.
