Our grand first-floor Fine Rooms showcase everything that makes Georgian architecture so captivating. Walk into Fine Room 1 and you'll find yourself beneath an ornate ceiling with intricate plasterwork, while the magnificent marble fireplace commands attention from its original position. The south-facing, almost full-height windows draw abundant natural light across the polished wooden floors, and when evening falls, our period chandelier creates an intimate glow perfect for celebration dinners. Fine Room 2 continues this Georgian narrative with its own set of restored features and near full-length windows. When we open the connecting doors between both rooms, the space transforms completely, creating a natural flow that works brilliantly for wedding receptions or corporate networking events. We regularly see guests move between formal presentations in Fine Room 1 to relaxed conversation over drinks in Fine Room 2. The flexibility of these interconnected spaces means we can accommodate your event exactly as you envision it. For banquets, we seat 120 guests comfortably, while theatre-style presentations work beautifully for 150. Standing receptions bring up to 200 people together across both rooms. We also configure the space for boardroom meetings of 30, classroom layouts for 36, or cabaret-style arrangements for 90, depending on your needs.
