Our 3000 square foot FOLD space transforms from raw industrial warehouse to electric party atmosphere at the flick of a switch. The exposed ductwork and concrete floors give you that authentic East London edge, while our professional sound system and massive LED wall bring the technical firepower your event needs. We've hosted everything from underground club nights to major product launches in here, with space for 500 guests standing. The lighting rig does the heavy lifting when it comes to atmosphere, throwing colours and lasers across the room that get people moving. That LED wall? It's become the backdrop for some seriously memorable moments, whether that's live visuals for DJ sets or branded content for corporate parties. The soundproofing means you can crank the volume without any complaints, and our professional A/V setup handles whatever you throw at it. Behind the main space, we've got a proper backstage area for your performers or VIP guests, plus direct access to our terrace where people catch their breath between sets. Up there you'll spot the O2 in the distance while the DLR trains rattle past below. Getting here couldn't be easier, we're two minutes walk from Star Lane DLR station.
