Our technical team has equipped the space with three PA system clusters that deliver crystal-clear sound to every corner, while six cabled microphones stand ready for panel discussions or keynote speeches. The private foyer spaces outside work brilliantly for registration, exhibitions or drinks receptions. We regularly see companies use these areas for product displays during AGMs, or celebration drinks after successful launches. Behind the scenes, 21 backstage rooms give your speakers and organisers the privacy they need to prepare. Our variable risers on stage mean we can configure the platform for anything from single speakers to full panel setups. The fast-fold projection screen drops down smoothly for presentations, while our standard production lighting ensures everyone on stage is properly lit. Three flexible booths at the back of the hall handle everything from simultaneous interpretation to webcasting, making international conferences particularly straightforward.
