Our Exclusive Hire option transforms Piggyback Barns into your private venue, where up to 250 guests can gather in our function hall while accommodation across the property sleeps your closest friends and family. The function hall sits at the heart of celebrations here. Wooden floors gleam beneath strings of fairy lights draped across the ceiling, creating that perfect glow as evening falls. We've watched countless first dances on these floors, birthday speeches at round tables dressed in crisp linens, and anniversary toasts as sunset streams through the large windows lining the walls. The soft yellow walls work with any colour scheme you choose, and our catering kitchen means your chosen caterers have everything they need, from commercial ovens to preparation space. Your guests won't just celebrate, they'll stay. Woodpecker, Kestrel, and Kingfisher barns each sleep between 6 and 10 people, with their own kitchens and private walled gardens. The Manor Farmhouse adds five more double bedrooms overlooking the pond.
