Our three converted barns—Woodpecker, Kestrel, and Kingfisher—each sleep between 6 and 10 guests, with their own kitchens and private walled gardens where morning coffee tastes better with countryside views. We've kept the original character of these North Norfolk buildings while adding everything modern groups need. The function hall comes with its own catering kitchen, so whether you're planning a wedding reception or birthday party, there's plenty of room for dancing and dining. Our games room keeps everyone entertained on rainy afternoons, and the mini gym means early risers can start their day with a workout before exploring the estate. The Manor Farmhouse stands as the centerpiece of our property—a Grade II listed building with five double bedrooms overlooking the pond where ducks paddle past. Its mature gardens provide natural backdrops for wedding photos or simply relaxing with a book. We're just 8 miles from the Norfolk coast, so beach trips fit easily into weekend plans, though many guests find themselves content to stay on the grounds. Corporate groups use our spaces for team retreats, families book for milestone birthdays and reunions, and wedding parties take over the entire property for weekend celebrations.
