The Restaurant at Haché Burgers Holborn transforms from our bustling dining room into your own private party space, complete with exposed brick walls that catch the warm glow of our carefully positioned lighting. Round tables dressed in crisp linens fill the room, while leather banquettes line the walls, creating cosy corners for guests to settle into conversations between courses. Our dedicated bar takes centre stage here, its shelves lined with craft spirits and glassware that catch the light. Your bartender will mix cocktails throughout the evening, or pour from our selection of craft beers that pair perfectly with our menu. The space comfortably hosts 40 guests for seated dinners, though we often rearrange the furniture for standing receptions of up to 50, leaving plenty of room for mingling around the bar. The large TV screen mounted on the wall comes in handy for birthday video tributes or company presentations, while our sound system fills the room with your chosen playlist. We've hosted everything from milestone birthdays to team celebrations here, and each time we adapt the layout to suit the occasion. Our kitchen sends out those famous Steak Le Fume burgers with their theatrical smoke-filled domes, alongside modern brasserie dishes and all-day brunch options. The aroma of grilled beef and fresh herbs drifts through from the kitchen, building anticipation before each course arrives.
