The Dulwich Suite occupies the entire first floor of our historic building, giving you and your guests a private retreat above the bustle of the main pub. Floor-to-ceiling windows run along one wall, flooding the space with natural light during afternoon celebrations and creating a warm glow as evening parties get into full swing. The intricate patterned carpeting and soft neutral walls hung with carefully chosen artwork provide an elegant backdrop that suits everything from wedding receptions to milestone birthdays. Your own private bar sits ready in the corner, fully stocked with our selection of craft beers, premium spirits, and wines. No one needs to venture downstairs for refills, keeping the party atmosphere contained and intimate. When dancing begins, our removable dance floor transforms the space instantly. We've seen countless first dances here, followed by guests dancing until closing time on that specially laid floor. Our integrated projector and surround sound system handle everything from wedding slideshows to party playlists effortlessly. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even when the dance floor fills up on summer evenings. With dedicated washroom facilities on the same floor and full wheelchair access via our lift, all your guests can relax and enjoy themselves. The suite accommodates 120 standing guests for cocktail receptions, 80 for seated dinners, or 100 in theatre-style rows for presentations. Our kitchen team brings the same seasonal British menu upstairs, from canapés and sharing boards to full three-course dinners. Sunday roast wedding breakfasts have become particularly popular. Being in Dulwich Village means easy parking on surrounding streets and good transport connections, while the location maintains that special village atmosphere.
