The Convention Room offers 225 square metres of flexible meeting space, with natural light streaming through windows that keep delegates alert during long working sessions. We've configured this room to handle everything from intimate board meetings to full-scale conferences, with theatre seating for up to 200 people or classroom layouts for 90 delegates when you need writing space. Our integrated Crestron touch-control system means presenters can manage the ceiling-mounted projector and PA system without hunting for remotes or calling for technical support. We've installed multiple microphone options, including roving mics for Q&A sessions, and the built-in sound system reaches every corner of the room clearly. The 1Gbps Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping connections, something our regular clients particularly value during data-heavy presentations. The room's rectangular layout (22.5m x 10m) works well for different configurations. We can arrange U-shaped seating for 48 people when you need everyone to see each other clearly, or boardroom style for 56 when discussion is key. The ergonomic chairs stay comfortable through day-long sessions, and we've got additional whiteboards and flipcharts ready when brainstorming takes over from PowerPoint. Dimmable lighting lets you adjust brightness for presentations or maintain full illumination for workshop activities. Display rails run along the walls for poster sessions or exhibition materials. The 3-metre ceiling height creates an open feel without echo problems that can plague larger spaces. Being part of our 4-star rated conference centre means you've got backup facilities when needed.
