The EBC Group Technology Suite commands the top floor of our five-storey building, where morning light floods through expansive windows overlooking the cricket ground. We've watched countless successful conferences unfold in this adaptable space, which comfortably hosts up to 100 delegates in theatre configuration. Those same windows frame views across the pitch and surrounding landscape, providing a refreshing change from typical meeting rooms. The green chairs with gold accents were chosen specifically to create a professional atmosphere while maintaining warmth, and we find they complement presentations particularly well. Our technical setup includes projectors and screens positioned for optimal visibility from every seat. Whether you arrange the room boardroom-style for 30 participants, cabaret layout for 80, or utilise the full theatre capacity, the AV equipment adapts seamlessly. We regularly reconfigure between U-shaped arrangements for training sessions and banquet setups for working dinners, each layout taking advantage of the room's generous proportions. The suite's position on our top floor provides both privacy and perspective. Coffee breaks become more productive when delegates can step onto the adjoining areas and clear their heads with views across Worcester. Our on-site catering team delivers refreshments directly to the floor, from morning pastries through to formal lunch service, eliminating disruption to your schedule. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with our location between the cricket ground and River Severn clearly signposted from major routes. Worcester Cathedral stands visible from our windows, making us easy to direct visitors towards.
