Our boardroom on the ground floor gets the morning light just right through those big windows. Studio 3 seats twelve around the central table, with everyone able to see each other properly for those discussions where eye contact matters. We've positioned the TV monitor and projector where nobody has to crane their neck, and the whiteboard runs the full length of one wall. The room's 182 square feet gives you space to move around during long sessions. We keep black executive chairs that actually support your back through three-hour strategy meetings, and the white table has enough surface for laptops, notebooks, and coffee cups without feeling cramped. The frosted glass means your confidential presentations stay that way. Everything technical works without fuss. The video projector connects to most devices, the flip chart has fresh pads, and we've got a tripod ready if you need to record anything. The air conditioning handles full-capacity meetings even in July, and you can adjust the lighting depending on whether you're presenting slides or working through documents. Being on the ground floor means no lifts or stairs for anyone with mobility needs. The kitchen down the corridor has a proper coffee machine, fridge space for your lunch, and room to sort catering if you're bringing food in. Leicester Square Station is four minutes on foot, Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road not much further. Studio 3 works for interview panels, team workshops, client presentations, or those focused planning sessions where you need everyone in one room without distractions. We built these spaces for casting directors and production teams who needed somewhere reliable and central, so we understand when things need to run exactly to schedule.
