The Wye room brings together everything you need for productive meetings in one of our most versatile spaces. This 9m x 7.1m room works equally well whether you're running a training session for 60 people theatre-style, hosting a board meeting for 24, or facilitating workshops for 32 in classroom layout. Natural light streams through the windows along one side, keeping energy levels up throughout the day. We've installed proper blackout blinds for when you need to focus on presentations, and the air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable no matter how intense the discussions get. The neutral décor means nothing distracts from your content, while our ergonomic chairs ensure people stay comfortable even during those all-day sessions. Everything's already set up when you arrive. The ceiling-mounted projector and screen are ready to go, along with DVD and Blu-ray players for any multimedia content. We've got visi rails running along the walls for displaying materials, plus whiteboards and flipcharts positioned where you need them. All the basics like pens, paper and Post-it notes are stocked up too. Ground floor location means no wrestling with lifts or stairs, and full wheelchair accessibility ensures everyone can participate comfortably. We've installed induction loops for colleagues with hearing aids, and our Wi-Fi actually maintains full speed even when everyone's online simultaneously. The room adapts to different working styles, from formal boardroom discussions to interactive U-shape workshops for 18 participants. After your sessions, delegates often head to our leisure centre for a swim or use the sauna to unwind before dinner.
