Our meeting room works brilliantly for teams who need a professional space in central London without the fuss. Just three minutes from Oxford Circus underground station, we're right where you need us to be, making it simple for everyone to get here. The room seats six people comfortably around our white meeting table, with proper leather chairs on wheels so you can adjust your setup as needed. We've installed a 42" HD screen on the wall for presentations, and there's a magnetic glass whiteboard ready for your brainstorming sessions. Everything connects easily, just bring your laptop and plug straight in. We provide 100Mb dedicated wired internet plus Wi-Fi throughout, so your video calls run smoothly and files upload quickly. Tea, coffee and spring water are available in the room, help yourself to as much as you need during your booking. The space gets good natural light through the windows, though we have blinds when you need to control the brightness for screen presentations. Our regular clients use the room for all sorts of work: team meetings, client presentations, training sessions, consultations and interviews. Some book it as a day office when their distributed teams need to come together. The setup stays simple and functional, exactly what you need for productive sessions without unnecessary extras. People who use our space often comment on how clean we keep everything and how the room feels more spacious than expected. Room was perfect - obviously not a large room but larger than expected from the photos. Very clean, fast wi-fi, free water, tea & coffee in the room. Other facilities all fine and the host very welcoming. Good room at a great price, will be using again.

The meeting went well and the room was perfect, thank you. Only minor point was that the windows didn't open, but other than that, the staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was ideal for me.
