The Raigmore Suite offers one of Inverness's most adaptable meeting spaces, with 154 square metres that we configure differently depending on what you need. Purple-sashed chairs and crisp white linens create a professional atmosphere when we set up for conferences, while the same space transforms beautifully for training workshops with classroom-style seating for 70 delegates. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, complemented by our air conditioning system that keeps the temperature comfortable whether you're hosting 20 board members or 200 theatre-style attendees. We've positioned the LCD projector and screen for optimal viewing from every angle, and our complimentary Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without any lag, something we test regularly to ensure smooth video conferences. The 14-metre by 11-metre dimensions give us flexibility with layouts. For boardroom discussions, we accommodate 80 participants around tables that encourage collaboration. U-shaped arrangements work well for 75 people during interactive sessions, while banquet setups seat 120 comfortably with space for our catering team to serve between tables. Reception-style events flow naturally with room for 100 guests to network and move about freely. Our venue's location just off the main road from Inverness Airport and the train station makes arrival straightforward for delegates coming from across Scotland and beyond. The Bar and Grill at Leonardo's provides catering options ranging from working lunches served directly in the suite to more elaborate dinner arrangements. Many groups appreciate having 118 guest rooms upstairs, allowing attendees to retire directly after evening sessions. The Juvenate Health and Leisure Club adds another dimension to multi-day conferences, with delegates often using the pool, steam room or gym between sessions to stay refreshed and focused throughout their stay.
