Walking into our East Wing Meeting Rooms, the first thing that catches your eye is how the chandelier light plays across the high ceilings, creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and welcoming. We've carefully designed these four spaces to work for everything from board meetings to training sessions, each accommodating 14 guests in boardroom or classroom setup, or up to 30 when arranged theatre-style. The large windows are a real asset here. Natural light streams across the grey chairs and wooden tables throughout the day, keeping everyone alert during those longer sessions. We chose a neutral colour palette for the walls and carpeting specifically to let your presentations take centre stage, not compete with the décor. Each room comes with built-in AV equipment, including a large screen that handles most corporate presentation needs. The connectivity options mean your tech team can plug in quickly and get straight to business. We've hosted everything from strategy workshops to product briefings in these spaces, and the setup adapts easily to different meeting styles. The maritime heritage of our venue adds an unexpected dimension to breaks between sessions. Guests often wander into the museum galleries during coffee breaks, returning with fresh perspectives and conversation starters. Our onsite catering team knows these rooms well and can arrange refreshments that work with your schedule, whether that's morning pastries or working lunches. Getting here couldn't be simpler.
