The Aviation Suite offers 30 by 17 metres of flexible meeting space under six crystal chandeliers. We've configured this room for everything from 50-person board meetings to 700-delegate international conferences, with soundproofed partitions creating three separate sections when needed. Our events team regularly transforms the space between sessions. In the morning, we might have 300 delegates in classroom formation for training, then reconfigure for a 550-person gala dinner by evening. The wide sliding doors connect directly to our loading bay, making equipment moves straightforward for product launches and exhibitions. Each configuration comes with LCD projectors and screens already positioned for optimal viewing. Our BT superfast Wi-Fi handles multiple video conferences simultaneously, while the adjustable lighting system lets you brighten for presentations or dim for awards ceremonies. The dedicated reception area outside provides a natural registration point, with the adjoining bar area perfect for coffee breaks and networking. International delegates particularly value our proximity to Terminal 5, just five minutes via the Heathrow Pods. We accommodate various layouts: boardroom for 50, U-shape for 50, classroom for 300, cabaret for 350, theatre for 700, banquet for 550, or reception-style for 700 guests. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during full-capacity events. When you need smaller spaces, the Aviation Suite divides into the Mollison, Wright, and Scott Suites, each handling up to 180 theatre-style or 50 boardroom-style. The soundproofing means three different meetings can run simultaneously without disruption. Our venue's 266 bedrooms and 450 parking spaces (£18 per night) simplify logistics for multi-day conferences. The 24-hour reception assists with late arrivals, while our catering team provides everything from working lunches to formal dinners within the suite itself.
