We've designed every corner with technology professionals and creative minds in focus – from private offices that house teams of 8 right up to 100 people, to flexible hotdesking spots where solo entrepreneurs and freelancers plug in daily. Our members gravitate towards the ground-floor lounge throughout the day, laptop in one hand, boutique coffee in the other (always free, always freshly ground). Ten meeting rooms scattered across the building mean you'll find the right space whether you're interviewing candidates, hosting client presentations, or running team workshops. Each room comes equipped with wall-mounted screens and the kind of reliable high-speed internet that tech teams actually need. The Loading Bay transforms our venue into something special – this double-height, 2,000 square foot space hosts everything from product launches to speaker events.
