The old Margolin gramophone factory at 116 Old Street has transformed into Stylus, where we've created six floors of workspace that businesses actually want to use. We kept the Victorian façade exactly as it was – those original bricks and windows tell a story we didn't want to lose when we redeveloped the building in 2017. Step inside and you'll find column-free floors that stretch out before you, with nothing blocking the natural light that pours through those heritage windows. The high ceilings with exposed services give each floor an industrial feel that tech companies and creative agencies particularly love. We've installed low-energy LED lighting throughout, but honestly, during the day you barely need it. Our ground floor houses the practical stuff – 44 bike storage spaces with a drying room (because London weather), 81 lockers, and proper shower facilities. The two 9-person lifts make getting around easy, and we've put raised access floors throughout so IT teams can run cables wherever they need them. What makes us different is the flexibility we offer. Whether you need private offices, open workspace, or a mix of both, we can configure the floors to work for your team. The meeting rooms come in various sizes, and there's a generous lounge area where people actually congregate – not just pass through. Our lower ground courtyard features a living green wall that brings nature indoors, while the biodiverse roof terrace gives you outdoor space when you need a break. We generate our own renewable energy up there too, which helps keep running costs down. Everything's included in one monthly payment – rent, utilities, cleaning, wifi, even the furniture. Most companies commit for at least 12 months, giving them time to properly settle in and make the space their own.
