About City of London Club
Walk through our doors at the City of London Club and you'll find yourself in a building that's been hosting gatherings since 1832. We're right in the financial district, which makes us particularly convenient for business meetings during the week, though our spaces transform beautifully for weddings and celebrations too. Our Main Dining Room remains the centerpiece of the club – it's where we serve up to 300 guests for larger functions. The Drawing Room catches everyone's attention with its Duke of Wellington portrait watching over proceedings, while our Members' Bar offers something more intimate with its working fireplace. We've installed Wi-Fi throughout and audiovisual equipment in all our event spaces, so presentations run smoothly without any fuss. Our kitchen team works exclusively with British suppliers, adjusting menus as seasons change. Whether you're planning a formal dinner or casual reception, we'll create something that fits. We also have 20 bedrooms upstairs, from our standard Club Rooms to more spacious Suites, which proves handy for multi-day conferences or wedding guests traveling from afar. Previous clients have appreciated how quickly we respond to requests – when someone recently needed a screen that wasn't initially set up, our team had it sorted straight away. We handle everything from boardroom sessions for a dozen people to full-scale conferences, private parties, and wedding receptions. Transport couldn't be easier with several tube stations nearby and mainline connections for those coming from outside London. We're used to welcoming international delegates who appreciate being able to walk to meetings in the Square Mile.
